Service Description
Get your sweat on with 20 min of DualCore signature Interval training (FHIT) followed by 30 minutes of reformer jumpboard. Reformer jumpboard is a fun way to keep your heart rate up that is easy on your joints! Come have some fun in this upbeat class and get FHIT!

* If you have not signed the waiver, it must be signed before your class. Sometimes, the submit button may need to be pressed a couple of times. (technology, right? lol). https://forms.wix.com/f/7055309751701209440 *Please Cancel more than 12 hours in advance. 12 hours or less will result in a loss of session (group class, unlimited plan, will have an fee). *Grip Socks Mandatory. We do sell them at the studio as well. *Please show up on time, clients will not be allowed to join a group class if late, and it will be a loss of session or fee. Thank you for understanding!
