Cancellation Policy
**Contrast Room Policies** Please review all policies before booking. Additional safety information is included in the required waiver. • **Reservations:** All sessions are 30 minutes and require advance booking. • **Arrival:** Please arrive early and be ready to begin at your scheduled time. Late arrivals are not permitted and will result in a shortened or forfeited session. • **Cancellation Policy:** A 12-hour cancellation notice is required. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the applicable fee and/or loss of the session credit. • **Memberships:** Contrast Room memberships require a 3-month commitment and continue month-to-month until canceled with a minimum of two weeks' written notice before the next billing date. • **Clothing:** Appropriate swimwear or athletic clothing is required at all times. • **Hygiene:** Please arrive clean and free of lotions, oils and perfumes. Wipe away sweat after workouts before using the sauna or cold plunge. Towels and body wipes are provided. • **Safety:** Stay hydrated before and after your session. Enter and exit the cold plunge slowly. Never submerge your head. Exit immediately if you experience dizziness, chest pain, difficulty breathing, nausea or feel unwell. • **Health Conditions:** Do not participate if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, have a fever or contagious illness, or have a medical condition that makes heat or cold exposure unsafe without physician approval. • **Equipment Use:** Follow all posted instructions. Do not adjust equipment settings or misuse the sauna or cold plunge. • **Guests:** Only registered participants may enter the Contrast Room. Duo sessions require both participants to have completed a waiver. • **Personal Belongings:** Water is encouraged. Food, glass containers and alcohol are prohibited. DualCore is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. By booking a Contrast Room session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies and the full waiver prior to participation. Waiver Must Be signed as well!!
