Founder/CEO/Instructor
Tara
Tara is a fitness fanatic with a long history of fitness and sports. She has played basketball her entire life, and in the process developed many injuries which had made it painful to do many workouts. Being an active person and loving fitness, she couldn't live without a daily workout. That's when she found Pilates. Pilates truly saved her by not only making working out fun again but painless. Being passionate about Pilates and fitness, Tara gained her personal training certification through NASM. She went on to get her 500+ hour comprehensive Pilates certification through Club Pilates. Tara didn't stop there, she then became certified in TRX, Kettle Bells, Percussive Therapy and Corrective Exercise Specialist.
Tara recently added to her certification in a different direction: She became a certified sound therapy and sound healing practitioner.

Lead Instructor
Rian
Rian is an award winning dancer and choreographer who fell in love with Pilates when she first got on a reformer at the age of 10.
After a knee injury ended her dance career, Rian continued her love of movement through Pilates, cardio barre, floor barre, and yoga. Rian decided to obtain her 500+ hour comprehensive Pilates certification through Club Pilates in order to motivate people to become passionate about moving their bodies and getting to their strongest core ever.

Apprentice Instructor
Jenn
Born and raised on Long Island, New York, Jenn has been involved in athletics for over 15 years. She is an accomplished athlete having served as captain of multiple teams in multiple sports. At the collegiate level, Jenn was a two-sport recruited athlete who ultimately focused on lacrosse and played on the 2011 NCAA National Championship winning team. She was a goalie, which is one of the most technical, high-pressure positions on the field. It requires impeccable form, focus, and a positive mental state, which Jenn translates into her Pilates practice today.
Jenn recently decided to pursue a Pilates instructor program and is currently in the process of completing her Balanced Body certification led by renowned Master Instructor Maria Leone.
Jenn’s goal is to empower her Pilates clients to also reach their full potential while sharing with them her love for, and the benefits of, Pilates.

Instructor
Brandon
BRANDON (they/them) is a healer and educator who has been teaching Pilates since 2007. Their focus is on a fully integrated mind/body/heart approach to fitness inspired by the master they have had the privilege of studying under: Twyla Tharp, Deepak Chopra and Marie-Jose Blom of Long Beach Dance Conditioning. They are certified through Ivon Dahl of International Pilates, Wundabar Pilates and Pilates Plus. As a full time Astrologer, Brandon can’t help but allow their knowledge of the planets to inform their method of instruction. They also co-host The Spiritual Gayz podcast with their husband, Angel.

Instructor
Stormy
Stormy is a lifelong music fan and avid concertgoer who never considered herself to be “into fitness” - until she discovered Pilates in 2021. Experiencing the practical results of a dedicated Pilates practice in her own life (including painlessly standing up for hours at concerts and lugging heavy bass gear to and from gigs without injury or strain) inspired her to become a certified instructor. She completed a 500+ hour Comprehensive Classical Pilates Certification program in 2024 through Pilates Punx in Los Angeles, CA.
Stormy’s fitness philosophy is to make the most of the work so that your body is strong when it’s time to play. She incorporates elements of her Classical Pilates training into her contemporary teaching style, with an emphasis on precision, control, and proper form. Believing that Pilates is for “every body,” Stormy particularly enjoys working with beginners and facilitating injury rehabilitation. She encourages clients at all levels to challenge themselves and celebrate their wins.
