Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training
Transform your understanding of movement.
Our comprehensive Pilates program blends classical principles with contemporary science and DualCore’s unique functional flow approach. This training is more than learning exercises — it’s about understanding how the body moves, how to teach with intention, and how to create meaningful change for your clients.
You’ll Learn:

Pilates repertoire apparatuses: Mat, Reformer, Jumpboard, Tower

Functional anatomy and biomechanics for movement professionals

Intelligent cueing, sequencing, and modifications for all body types

Teaching methodology and client communication

Observation, self-practice, and teaching hours to build true mastery

Integration of FHIT and mindful movement unique to DualCore

Learning to use props and self myofascial release
This hybrid program combines in-person weekends with online coursework, allowing for flexible learning while maintaining the hands-on practice essential to becoming a skilled instructor.

In-Studio = 72 hrs

Sound Bath Teacher Training

(1 make up session allowed with $300 fee)
Harness the power of sound to restore balance and harmony.
Our Sound Bath Teacher Training invites you to explore the profound connection between vibration, frequency, and healing. This immersive program will teach you how to use sound as a tool for transformation — guiding others into states of deep relaxation, energetic release, and balance.
Through a mix of in-person workshops, online study modules, quizzes and test, and practice hours, you’ll learn how to create immersive, healing sound experiences that promote relaxation, energy balance, and emotional release.
