This training is more than learning exercises — it’s about understanding how the body moves, how to teach with intention, and how to create meaningful change for your clients. You’ll Learn: Pilates repertoire apparatuses: Mat, Reformer, Jump board, Tower Functional anatomy and biomechanics for movement professionals Intelligent cueing, sequencing, and modifications for all body types Teaching methodology and client communication Observation, self-practice, and teaching hours to build true mastery Integration of FHIT and mindful movement unique to DualCore Learning to use props and self myofascial release Program Details: Format: Hybrid (In-person + Online Learning) *Access to an exclusive online group for continued mentorship, connection, and collaboration with fellow students Total Hours: Approximately 500 hours (includes lecture, self-practice, observation, practice teaching, and assistant teaching) In-Studio = 72 hrs 6 Mandatory, In Person Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) - 6 hrs per day Make-Up Days are allowed with $500 per day fee (2 Max) Online = 78 hrs (self - paced) Anatomy- anatomy modules = 65 hrs (self - paced) Practice Teaching = 110 hrs Observation = 50 hrs Self-Practice = 110 hrs Assistant Teaching = 15 hrs Duration: Typically completed in 8–12 months, depending on schedule and pace Who It’s For: Anyone who loves Pilates and wants to take their passion to the next level — whether you’re dreaming of becoming an instructor, already working in fitness and want to expand your skills, or simply craving a deeper understanding of how the body moves.
