About the event
Welcome the new season with an immersive Fall Equinox Sound Bath designed to help you slow down, let go, and reset. This special 60-minute experience includes 50 minutes of uninterrupted sound, surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, drums, and other instruments.
We'll begin with a brief moment to write down something that you want to let go off for the new season, and end with a water release, creating space for whatever you want to welcome into the season ahead.
Come as you are, get comfortable, and give yourself one hour to simply rest, release, and restore.
