This Valentine’s season, step away from expectation and turn inward. Love Within is a heart-centered sound bath experience designed to help you release what no longer serves you and reconnect with yourself through intention, sound, and stillness.

The evening begins with a gentle Water Release exercise. You’ll be invited to reflect on a belief, pattern, or relationship dynamic—within yourself or with others—that you’re ready to let go of. With care and intention, you’ll write it down and offer it to the water, watching the words soften and dissolve as an act of release and renewal.

From there, you’ll settle into a deeply restorative sound bath, guided by soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding…
