Cancellation Policy
DualCore Studio Policies Waiver Requirement If you have not signed our waiver, it must be completed before attending class. If the submit button does not go through right away, please press it again (technology, right? 😊). Waiver link: https://forms.wix.com/f/7055309751701209440 By booking class, you agree to all studio policies, including late cancel and no-show fees, and consent via electronic acknowledgment. Cancellation Policy Please cancel at least 12 hours prior to class. • Cancellations within 12 hours of class will incur a $20 late cancel fee. • Cancellations within 30 minutes of class, no-shows, or late arrivals will incur a $25 fee. Class credits will be automatically returned to credit holders and 4/8 class memberships but will still expire as originally scheduled. This policy allows us to offer your spot to members on the waitlist and respect our instructors’ time. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time. For safety reasons, late entry into group classes is not permitted. Late arrivals will incur the applicable late fee. Grip Socks Required Grip socks are mandatory for all classes. Available for purchase at the studio. Refund Policy All sales are final. No refunds.
