Step into deep rest, nervous-system reset, and energetic renewal with a Private Sound Bath at DualCore Fitness. This one-on-one experience is fully customized to you—your stress levels, your intentions, and your body’s current needs—creating a far more powerful and restorative journey than a group session. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and grounding instruments, we create waves of therapeutic sound that guide your brain into Alpha and Theta states, where the body naturally shifts into healing, clarity, and deep relaxation. As the sound washes through you, it helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress hormones, and support emotional release, better sleep, and mental focus. Cancellation Policy
* Please confirm your email confirmation provides the correct time and instructor that you intended. ** If you have not signed the waiver, it must be signed before your class. Sometimes, the submit button may need to be pressed a couple of times. (technology, right? lol). https://forms.wix.com/f/7055309751701209440 Booking and Canceling is done on the clients end on the website. If canceling less than 12 hours, just to let the instructor and staff know, please email or text the studio. *Please Cancel more than 12 hours in advance. 12 hours or less will result in a loss of session *Grip Socks Mandatory *Private clients must show up on time, or contact us that you are running late. Instructors will leave if no message has been sent, 15 min after the start time. If client is late and lets us know, their end time will not be moved back, they will lose the time that they were late *Private clients must book their sessions no less than 12 hours in advance to provide the instructor time to plan. Anything less than 12 hours may not be honored. *Rescheduling can not be done less than 12 hours *Semi Privates - Semi- Privates have the same Policy for booking and canceling as the privates. Your session will be considered canceled if all clients cancel except 1. Only sessions with 2 or more people will be considered confirmed. Private Sound Bath Session Policies Booking Window All private sound bath sessions must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are not available, as each session requires preparation and customized setup. Cancellation Policy Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled session. Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice will be forfeited and will not be credited, refunded, or rescheduled. Late Arrival Policy Sound baths are time-based, and the room, instruments, and practitioner are reserved specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Time missed due to late arrival is not extended or credited. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, the session is considered a no-show and will be forfeited. These policies allow us to respect the practitioner’s time, maintain energy flow, and honor all scheduled sessions. Thank you for understanding!
